  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase

  • Ae does not accept returns on custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable 

We do not have minimum order requirements for either our embroidery or screen printing services, making it easy for you to order just the right quantity. However, please note that as order quantities increase, the cost per item decreases. This allows us to offer more competitive pricing on larger orders, so you can save more when you order in bulk.

If you’re unsure about how many items to order or would like a detailed quote based on your specific needs, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help!

Turn times are based on a first-come, first-served basis and can fluctuate throughout the year. Our average is 10-14 business days. When you place your order you’ll be notified of our current turn time.

We have access to a wide variety of apparel brands to fit any budget including Nike, Adidas, Carhartt, Eddie Bauer, Gildan, District, SportTek, PortAuthority, and many, many more.

Ideally, artwork should be in a typical image file format. For embroidery we accept any common image file (jpg, pdf, png, etc.) For heat printing, we prefer a PDF containing vector art, but can also accept the other commonly used image files. Please contact us if you have questions. Please note: under no circumstances will we embroider or print registered trademarks or other lawfully protected artwork unless the client has permission to do so.

We prefer to work on garments and items we obtain from our suppliers. We use items that have been tested and proven to provide quality results with screen printing and embroidery. Please check out our catalogs!

Ae is not responsible for replacement/reimbursement should customer supplied items become damaged in the printing or embroidery process

Your product(s) is/are your responsibility. Customer supplied garments cannot be guaranteed in any way. In the event of an error or damage to the item, we will not be able to replace the item nor issue a refund for any materials used or time spent on the project.

Samples are available upon request, with pricing varying based on the specific item. Samples can be provided either blank or with your logo. If your logo is not already on file as a digitized file, a setup fee may apply.
